DIGITAL FESTIVAL STAGES OF THE TRENDS RIVER SECOND EDITION WITH FEATURED ARTISTS FROM NOVO MERCADO DA MUSIC

Trends Brasil Conference is the main international music business event in Brazil. And Rede Palco do Rio, which represents more than 50 live music venues in Rio Janeiro, joins the conference to hold, from 12 to 16 July, the second edition of the Palcos do Rio Trends festival. The shows will be presented during the Happy Hour of the international event, from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm, through the new YouTube channel Palcos do Rio and shared through playlists on the Trends Brasil Conference channel.
Amidst the pandemic that paralyzed the entertainment sector and seriously affected artists and concert halls, the Palcos do Rio network joins the main players in the music industry to provide opportunities for new artists to develop their careers in the essential digital environment. The event propels thelive music, generating new business opportunities for artists and cultural producers.
At the Festival Palco do Rio Trends 2021, 26 artists of new Brazilian and international music will be presented to the market and the public in four different programs: Palcos do Rio Presente, Palcos Brasil, Palco Internacional and Palco Tum Festival, between 5:30 pm and 6:45 pm.

The programming of Palcos do Rio Trends 2021 brings together shows recorded in person at the Casa 5 studio, in Rio de Janeiro, and digital presentations recorded in studios or concert halls in Brazil and abroad. During the presentations on the Palcos do Rio YouTube channel, fans will be able to donate amounts to the artists via QRcode and interact with them via the superchat.

PANEL PALCOS DO RIO AT TRENDS BRASIL CONFERENCE
In addition to the festival, the Palcos do Rio network will be responsible for the panel on the challenges of the sector, under the theme Live concert halls: How to innovate in times of crisis?, exclusively for conference participants. The debate will take place on the event platform (Whova.com), on July 12th, from 8pm to 9pm. During an hour of conversation, the following topics will be discussed: Live Stages and Digital Platforms; How to create content that appeals to your home audience; Hybrid Shows: Is This The Future?; How does live entertainment contribute positively to people’s mental health?

ABOUT TRENDS BRASIL CONFERENCE – Trends Brasil Conference is the annual meeting of the music industry in Brazil. The sixth edition of the conference will take place online from the 12th to the 16th of July within the Whova app, a state-of-the-art, specialized platform that allows countless interactions between participants. The event brings together all players in the music production chain to debate the sector; train musicians, artists and producers in the new tools; expand networking; think about the future; internationalize. Entrants have access to the content for six months after the event.
